Todd and Marsha Davis are the Fun Coach facilitators based in the heart of the recreation and tourism popular City of Scottsdale. They are entrepreneurs who have provided team-building experiences to company and volunteer teams for nearly 30 years. Their business brands include Park and Recreate, Team Play, Urban Fun AZ & VolunTEAMism as they design and deliver diverse activities and workshops to meet a variety of client needs. They live what they teach, and love to ride bikes, hike, camp, listen to music, and enjoy life to the fullest. Oh, by the way, we don't do cliffs, but we are risk-takers and the cool cliff photo looked cool!
We are the FUN experts! Besides being founders and influencers in the corporate team industry they also have been trained to be excellent facilitators for business teams. Their experiences have led them to promote their goal of training others to become facilitator managers and create fun at work through communication and teamwork.

Solving problems as a team requires a process. This session provides a 5 step approach to solving problems and also an interactive activity for your group. The Three P's of Problem Solving:
People precede performance and productivity. This isn’t a tongue twister but an important rule for you to live by. Engaging people in the workout by utilizing the process of team talk for planning and follow-up processing is your main objective.
Learn the art of getting people to go where you want to lead them, but they are part of the journey through a proven process. This session is a follow-up to Fun At Work and Team Talk along with Team Workouts, and problem-solving. Offered as indoor, outdoor or online
activities with discussions on how to lead a team by guiding instead of telling or having all the answers.
Based on our "Fun At Work" book, you will be taken through a series of sessions to assist you in becoming a facilitator manager-leader. This training includes a series of processes to implement in your manager or supervisor position.
Uing our Park and Recreate "Fill Your Wellness tank we can train you to be a coach. Our process to help people discover a work-life balance is simple, but it requires a process. We will teach you how to facilitate our unique program to others either at work or in your sphere of influence.
