Workshop Overview

These are the qualities of people who intentionally operate across all four energy banks of wellness—Physical, Spiritual, Social, and Emotional.
Fill Your Wellness Tank™ helps participants recognize how consistent, intentional recreation keeps their personal and professional “light” shining. Through the Live Life Weekly™ approach, participants learn how to invest 16 hours per week in themselves—four hours in each wellness area—to restore energy, reduce stress, and create sustainable balance.
This interactive workshop introduces the diverse ways recreation fuels wellness and guides participants in planning and scheduling time for the activities and interests that matter most. When individuals show up fulfilled and energized, they perform better at work and enjoy life more fully.
The Four Investments to Staying Bright
Physical Wellness
The foundation of energy begins with movement, nutrition, and body care. Intentionally scheduling activities such as walking, biking, hiking, workouts, and outdoor recreation provides the fuel needed to support all four areas of wellness.
Spiritual Wellness
Whether through faith, reflection, mindfulness, or simply quiet time, spiritual wellness comes from making space each week to reconnect with personal values, purpose, and inner calm.
Social Wellness
Humans thrive on connection. Volunteering, shared recreation, and time with friends and family create a sense of belonging and momentum. Social wellness is best experienced together—like a bike built for four or more.
Emotional Wellness
Engaging in personal interests, hobbies, music, creativity, and volunteer service strengthens emotional health. These passions recharge motivation, joy, and resilience.

The Workshop Experience

Workshop Flow
Welcome and Introduction
Understanding the four areas of the Wellness Tank and why balance matters.
I. Obligated Time
Participants assess their weekly commitments, including work, sleep, family, home responsibilities, and caretaking.
II. Free Time
Identify remaining discretionary time available for personal interests and renewal.
III. Areas of Balance
Evaluate current investment across the four wellness areas and identify desired four-hour weekly goals for each.
IV. Your Game Plan
Create a realistic weekly schedule that integrates 16 hours of wellness time, supported by monthly activities aligned with personal interests and long-term goals.
