"Fill Your Wellness Tank"
Keep Your Light Bright!
Overview:Be Bright! Be Happy! Stay Balanced! Be in the Moment! All characteristics of people who operate on all four wheels of “wellness.” Being intentional, while making, taking, and investing time consistently will keep your light bright both personally and professionally.
Four Investments to Staying Bright:
- Physical: The foundation of energy is based on fitness, movement, nutrition, and body care. Scheduling time for your body through workouts, hiking, biking, and walking provides the necessary energy for all four wheels of wellness.
- Emotional: Connecting with your interests frequently improves your mental well-being. Volunteering, hobbies, music, and other personal passions will keep this wheel in motion.
- Spiritual: Whether you practice spirituality or simply enjoy silence, making and taking time weekly to focus on your beliefs and needs is essential for inner peace.
- Social: Connecting with people to volunteer, pursue physical, emotional, and spiritual interests provides friendships and a sense of belonging. This wheel thrives on collective momentum—a bike built for four or more!
