Keep Your Light Bright!
OVERVIEW:
Be Bright! Be Happy! Stay Balanced! Be in the Moment! All characteristics of people who operate on all four wheels of “wellness”. Being intentional, while making, taking and investing time consistently will keep your light bright both personally and professionally.
Four Wheels to staying Bright!
Physical: The foundation of energy is based on fitness, movement, nutrition and body care. Scheduling time for your body through workouts, hiking, biking, walking provides the necessary energy for all four wheels of wellness.
Emotional: Connecting with your interests frequently improves your mental well being. Volunteering, hobbies, music and other personal passions will keep this wheel in motion.
Spiritual: If you are spiritual, or just enjoy silence as your spiritual, making and taking time weekly to focus on that which you believe and need is essential to the wheel of being at peace.
Social: Connecting with people to volunteer, pursue your physical, emotional and spiritual interests will provide friends in life, and provide you with a sense of belonging. This wheel needs to be spinning and moving forward with a bike built for four or more!
