“How to adjust your corporate culture and impact the bottom line”

This TEAM WORKOUT session will provide a team process with solutions to being more engaged at work.  Sharpen your TEAM skills with Communication, Cooperation, Collaboration, and increased Community involvement.  Statistics say that close to 7 out of 10 workers are disengaged at work daily yet most top executives aren’t sure what to do!  America ranks 28th in the world in “work-life balance” and the quality of life among employees.  Use this program for a one day makeover, spread out in a retreat or over several weeks.  

Togher Everyone Achieves More

Workshop Sessions:  (2 hours each)

I. Together is based on Communication:  This session provides a process for communication for both in-person and virtual meetings.  The session allows for 30-45 minutes of topics relating to your workplace that can be integrated and discussed.

II. Everyone is based on Cooperation:  Your group will discover tips for problem-solving while participating in 3-4 activities that require communication, planning, and debriefing of the process.  These skills are necessary for workplace success.  We allow time for any work discussion on how can the group improve cooperation as a team.

III. Achieves is based on overall Collaboration:  Leading through guiding is the value taught in this session which requires an interactive experience utilizing competition, negotiation, and overall group success.  This session offers time for a discussion on how to improve inter-department collaboration.

IV.  More is based on the value of Community: This session will provide insight for participants on the value of volunteering away from work and improving life balance.  The group will participate in an "art" project designed to make care packs for a selected community interest.  This program allows for discussions on ways for your organization, team, or group to give back throughout the year.  The key to success is people meeting up on their own time to volunteer or support community causes.
