America ranks 28th in the world in “work-life balance” and the quality of life among employees. Use this program for a one day makeover, spread out in a retreat or over several weeks.

This session focuses on enhancing communication skills for both in-person and virtual meetings. Participants will engage in a structured process for effective communication, followed by 30-45 minutes of discussion on workplace-specific topics that can be integrated into daily operations.
This session emphasizes the importance of cooperation in the workplace. Through 3-4 interactive activities, participants will practice communication, planning, and problem-solving. A debriefing segment will allow for reflection on the process and time for group discussions on improving team cooperation.
This session highlights the value of collaboration through leadership and guidance. Participants will engage in competitive and negotiation-based activities designed to foster group success. The session includes a discussion on strategies to enhance inter-department collaboration.
Focusing on the value of community, this session explores the benefits of volunteering and achieving life balance. Participants will collaborate on an art project to create care packs for a selected community cause. Discussions will center on how teams can contribute to community efforts throughout the year, encouraging employees to volunteer in their personal time.
