This TEAM WORKOUT session will provide a team process with solutions to being more engaged at work. Sharpen your TEAM skills with Communication, Cooperation, Collaboration, and increased Community involvement. Statistics say that close to 7 out of 10 workers are disengaged at work daily yet most top executives aren’t sure what to do! America ranks 28th in the world in “work-life balance” and the quality of life among employees. Use this program for a one day makeover, spread out in a retreat or over several weeks.

Workshop Sessions: (2 hours each)

I. Together: Communication

This session focuses on enhancing communication skills for both in-person and virtual meetings. Participants will engage in a structured process for effective communication, followed by 30-45 minutes of discussion on workplace-specific topics that can be integrated into daily operations.

II. Everyone: Cooperation

This session emphasizes the importance of cooperation in the workplace. Through 3-4 interactive activities, participants will practice communication, planning, and problem-solving. A debriefing segment will allow for reflection on the process and time for group discussions on improving team cooperation.

III. Achieves: Collaboration

This session highlights the value of collaboration through leadership and guidance. Participants will engage in competitive and negotiation-based activities designed to foster group success. The session includes a discussion on strategies to enhance inter-department collaboration.

IV. More: Community

Focusing on the value of community, this session explores the benefits of volunteering and achieving life balance. Participants will collaborate on an art project to create care packs for a selected community cause. Discussions will center on how teams can contribute to community efforts throughout the year, encouraging employees to volunteer in their personal time.
